• Is the product in stock?

All our products on the website are in stock. If the item is sold out, this will be clearly visible and you can no longer order the item.

Even if the customer has the last copy in his/her shopping cart, it will be reserved for 10 minutes and cannot be ordered by anyone.

• How long do I have to return my order?

We have a return period of 14 days during which the customer can return his or her package without giving a reason.

• Will I receive a track and trace?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Our packages are shipped with DHL & PostNL . Small packages that fit through the letterbox are sent by post.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at Info@klkdistribute.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
